The services provided by Ashley Jones include Reiki treatments and energy work. Reiki and energy work services involve the channeling of energy, through touch or non-touch means, to activate, facilitate, or support the body’s physical and/or mental healing processes. Reiki and energy work are intended to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety.

Ashley has the following degrees, training, and experience to offer complementary and alternative health care:

Ashley Jones is covered by liability insurance applicable to any injury caused by an act or omission in providing complementary and alternative health care services.

You should discuss any recommendations made by Ashley Jones with the Client’s primary care physician, obstetrician, gynecologist, oncologist, cardiologist, pediatrician, or other board-certified physician. In addition, if recommendations connect with mental health, these should be discussed with a licensed mental health provider.

By entering into this Agreement, you are certifying that you have received, read, and understood this Disclosure Statement.

NATURE OF SERVICES, NOT THERAPY OR MEDICINE

You understand and agrees that we may provide you with information and tools to enhance the Client’s wellbeing for educational and entertainment purposes, only. The Coach is not and does not represent itself or any of its representatives to be a therapist, doctor, or other professionally-licensed service provider. Under no circumstances should Services provided under this Agreement be taken as a replacement for professional therapy or counseling, medical diagnosis, treatment, advice, or care, or professional financial or business services. By entering into this Agreement, the Client affirms their understanding that the Coach is not a doctor, licensed medical care provider, or licensed professional service provider and that any information provided by the Coach is provided for educational purposes, only. The Client is encouraged to confirm any information obtained from or through the Coach with other sources and to review all information regarding any medical condition or treatment with the Client’s physician. The Client accepts sole responsibility for consulting with a medical professional before taking action based on information obtained from the Coach.

NATURE OF SERVICES, INTUITIVE GUIDANCE

The Client understands and agrees that the practice of preparing and providing intuitive services, such as tarot and energy readings, intuitive coaching sessions, and any other intuitive readings or meditations is subjective, and that the process is undertaken for entertainment and discussion purposes only. You understand that Ashley Jones cannot guarantee or warranty the accuracy or completeness of any information provided in the course of an intuitive service.

NO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER

The Client understands and accepts that wellness coaching is a subjective service that the Coach provides to the Client by applying its expertise and training to the Client’s individual needs, or the needs of group participants if Services are rendered in a group setting. The Coach will use reasonable efforts to support the Client in working toward their wellness goals, but the Coach cannot guarantee that any particular content, style, or technique of coaching will be used with every Client or in every session.

Likewise, the Client understands and accepts that the Coach cannot guarantee any particular result from the Client’s participation in the Coach’s Services, nor the Client’s application of tools or information learned from the Coach to their own lives. 

EARNINGS​ ​DISCLAIMER

​You agree that You understand individual outcomes will vary. Case studies or testimonials are not indicative of typical results. Each individual approaches Our Offering(s) with different backgrounds, disposable income levels, motivation, and other factors that are outside of Our control. We reserve the right to change our prices for new purchases at any time.

You agree to pay any applicable shipping and/or handling fees as stated on your checkout cart screen.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if We have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify You of Our correction and to allow You to take the most appropriate action in the event of such a correction or mistake.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

​​You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. REVOCATION​ ​OF​ ​ACCESS

Upon confirmation of Your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. CURRENCY

All payments will be processed in the local currency, or if not specified at checkout, in US Dollars.

TAXES

Sales taxes will be applied to your order as required by law in either Your or Our local area(s).

ORDER REVERSAL OR CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order placed on Our website, in part or in full, and will issue a refund accordingly.
